Dotting Tool Ruffles?

Okay, to explain the title I will tell you I began this manicure intending something totally different. What, I have no idea. But it ended up being ruffles I created with my dotting tool. I think I sat down to start something much more detailed when my boyfriend decided it would be fun to take us out to dinner. Oops.

For this manicure I used Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Pedal to the Metal and Essie Aruba Blue for the ruffles. I don't have much to say about this other than the formula for the silver is so streaky and it's a prowide brush so it's rather frustrating to apply.
